KompaniTO is a Norwegian circus and dance company. It was founded in 2014 by Tamar Ohana Goksøyr and Mari Dahl Stoknes. At the crossroads of circus, dance, physical theatre, music and text, we work towards creating stage art that is open, challenging and welcoming. As well as creating and performing our own performances, KompaniTO collaborates with exceptional artists and companies.

What does the world look like upside down? Can I be too old to play? What do Mari and Mikael do when Tamar starts inventing her own rules? Have you ever thought about how much you can lift? Or maybe how much we can lift together? We try, we fail and we try again. What happens when one of us can no longer touch the floor, and another can only stand on his hands? Together they wonder why, and how, to relate to each other and the rules of the game – as well as to the joy, and the vulnerability, that play can create.
